ILLUMINATOR is our Flagship espresso blend. Born at the roastery at 101 Court Street in 2007 – merging the weight of old school Italian espresso with dark chocolate and cocoa notes with a slightly lighter body.

Illuminator was born in 2007 at the Laveggio Court Street location and has always been our Flagship espresso Blend.
I will continue to source coffees to maintain the classic Illuminator profile even as climate change effects the terroir and consequently the flavors of the beans themselves.
