Otto Coffee Roasters is built on a vision. That vision grew out of decades of craft roasting, brewing expertise, personalized customer interaction and 8 core beliefs. We chose the name Otto (ow-tow) which is the number 8 in Italian, to define our brand and highlight those core beliefs that are the foundation for what we do everyday.

Founder and Owner Coe Young has over 26 years experience running small coffee companies, roasting Specialty Coffee and fostering a mentoring environment to train the next generation of coffee professional. He has roasted over 49,000 loads of coffee.
Founder Emma Dofton brings top level Barista skills, a passion for coffee and has created our Curated Customer Experience in the cafe. Emma is working side by side with Coe to inherit the best coffee education available.
