Compass is our new permanent edition to our espresso line up. A modern espresso – it offers a lighter body, nuance in its flavor profile as and balanced subtle acidity and a great flavorful finish. We have experimented with a number of extraction ratios, and feel that 1:2 is perfect for this modern blend.
