Three. You deserve to know where your coffee comes from. We trace every bean back to its source. Transparency isn’t a marketing word for us — it’s the only way we know how to work.

Four. Consistency is its own art form. Great coffee isn’t an accident. It’s the result of thousands of small decisions made correctly, over and over again.

Five. People make the coffee possible. From the farmers who grow it to the team behind our counter — everyone in this chain deserves to be paid fairly. Every coffee we buy is ethically sourced. Every person at Otto earns a living wage. Full stop.

Six. Every cup is a decision. Our drinks aren’t defaults. Each one is built around a specific flavor profile, crafted to show what our roasts can do at their best.

Seven. Binghamton is where we belong. We’re not chasing trends or expanding for expansion’s sake. We’re here — at 178 State St — building something that lasts in the community that shaped us.
