Otto is built on a foundation of Sustainability, Craftsmanship, and Expertise. As a artisan coffee roasting business with a cafe – we took it upon ourselves to build the coffee experience that we would wish to experience.

Founding Partner and Chief Coffee Officer Coe Young has over 25 years of experience running small coffee companies, consulting and fostering a mentoring environment to train the next generation of coffee roaster. He has roasted over 25,000 loads of coffee.

Founding Partner Emma Dofton brings top level Barista skills, a passion for coffee and has created our Curated Customer Experience in the cafe. Emma is working side by side with Coe to inherit the absolute best coffee education available.

Together we are building an unparalleled coffee experience using the absolute highest quality Specialty and Organic coffees roasted with a blend of artistry and technology. Everything matters at Otto.
